What if I don't have any processes set up yet?

That's actually a great reason to do shadowing — you'll discover what might work for you.

Is shadowing online or in person?

Either works — it's entirely up to you and your shadowing partner.

How long does it take?

Usually 1–3 hours, depending on the topic and format. It's always agreed upon by both parties.

What kind of company will you match me with?

We'll find an entrepreneur from the community who best fits your needs and situation.

Do I need to be an expert to share my know-how?

Not at all — but you should have a working solution you've implemented yourself and are genuinely happy to pass on to another entrepreneur.
