We help small and medium-sized businesses in the Czech Republic grow — meaningfully, sustainably, and alongside others. We believe in the power of sharing. In the idea that when entrepreneurs meet and talk openly, things are created that would otherwise never exist. We value trust, authenticity, and the willingness to learn from each other. Because when one of us grows, we all grow.
entrepreneurs across industries and regions

a FEST atmosphere that you actually want to be part of
For companies of a few people and those scaling into tens of employees. For founders, CEOs, makers, experts, and freelancers. From Brno, Hradec, Prague, or a small workshop in Liberec. Whether you've been in business for two months or ten years, it doesn't matter. DoToho! is for those who want to grow — and do it with the right people by their side.
DoToho! was founded as a project of the business hub Opero in March 2021. Today we are a nationwide community with thousands of entrepreneurs and hundreds of mentors and experts — and we keep growing, with you.
We founded DoToho! during COVID, when we saw how many small and medium-sized businesses around us were struggling. We decided to do something about it. We built a network of mentors and experts — drawing on the experienced entrepreneurs and managers within the Opero business hub community. We launched a three-month mentoring programme supported by the City of Prague and the Prague Innovation Institute. The pilot was a resounding success — we filled capacity within 24 hours. And so the ride began.
COVID fades. Interest in DoToho! grows. We open the programme year-round and become part of the Mastercard Strive Czechia initiative — opening our doors to a wider community of entrepreneurs across the country.
We launch our own podcast and introduce new services: shadowing, an online community, and structured connections between entrepreneurs. In Brno and Ostrava, we kick off local mentoring runs and regular workshops with networking. We established DoToho! UA — a project to support the entrepreneurship of Ukrainian refugees in the Czech Republic. For the first time, part of the programme becomes self-funded, so it can keep going for the long term.
The community keeps growing. We travel across the country — already more than half of our participants are based outside Prague. Together with Mastercard, we launched the Big Week of Small Businesses initiative. We held the first FEST DoToho! at Uhelný Mlýn in Libčice nad Vltavou — a day that sold out a week in advance and pushed everyone forward by a year.
The Strive Czechia project wraps up and DoToho! stands fully on its own two feet. Hundreds of entrepreneurs gather at FESTs DoToho! in Olomouc, Hradec Králové, and a legendary second edition at Uhelný Mlýn. The Big Week of Small Businesses draws over a thousand entrepreneurs. We close the year with 2,500+ members, hundreds of mentors and experts, countless events, and endless connections behind us.
We bring DoToho! Live to Prague, Ostrava, Brno, Pardubice, Plzeň, České Budějovice, and Liberec. FEST DoToho! heads to Moravia. We celebrate our 5th birthday — and look forward to everything yet to come!
Behind DoToho! is a small, passionate team from the business hub Opero. We run on bottomless coffee, good music, and lots of laughter. Got a question? Write or call — we'd love to chat. (And we might just show you how we brew our V60 — or make you one.)
